In this session, participants will be invited to reflect on longevity as a structural transformation that is reshaping the economic and social system, as well as the way we conceive work.

For companies, this entails rethinking organizational models and leveraging skills, experience, and collaboration across different generations as drivers of competitiveness and innovation. Longevity thus becomes an opportunity to be designed, with organizations serving as the place where this transformation can take shape.

In particular, Enrico Sassoon, Editorial Director of Harvard Business Review Italia, and Paolo Iacci, Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Milan, will share insights from their new book “Economia della longevità. Lavoro, età, valore dell’esperienza”, offering a useful perspective for understanding the implications of demographic transition on work, organizations, and the value of experience.

The webinar will also feature Corrado Panzeri, Partner and  Head of InnoTech Hub  of TEHA, who will present key insights from the recently published report “Community Longevity+. Making Italy a Leader in Longevity Innovation”.
