WEBINAR LIVE
Which Gen-Z? Traits (and differences among them) of tomorrow’s talents

In today’s Business World, there is much talk about the new generations and the need for companies to attract and manage the talents of the future effectively. However, the debate surrounding Generation Z is often clouded by biases and stereotypes, which risk overshadowing the most significant and actionable insights for organizations.
This webinar provides participants with the opportunity to delve deeper into how the label "Gen-Z" actually encompasses four distinct generational subgroups, each with its own unique characteristics and dynamics.
The focus will then shift to the two more "adult" segments of Generation Z—the CreActives (21-25 years old) and the ProActives (26-30 years old)—who are already part of the workforce and poised to play increasingly critical roles within it.
During the meeting, participants will explore the expectations, values, and attitudes of these groups while reflecting on how to attract top talent and effectively integrate them into organizations, particularly in relation to the other generations that make up the workforce.
